It is now, since the server is no longer active. If it was, I'd fix it up so that it used dyed cloth blocks for certain things, since that'd look nicer (compare the two Rukias I made).

If the dyed cloth existed back then, I definitely would have used those. I took a good chunk of time going through the sprite and assigning a block to every color.
